Make it somewhere you look at each morning or throughout the day, to remind you of your intentions. It might also motivate you to pursue your dreams to get to where you want to be.Ī simple intention board can be a few pictures and phrases cut out of a magazine, stuck into the front page of your diary, or onto your mirror. Keeping intentions in mind during the day can help you become who you want to be, or feel more motivated to get through your classes and other tasks. You could even turn this into a goal book, with different targets to meet along the way, whether it be at college or financially, with some self-care goals set in there as well! Intention Board By creating a yearly goal board, you are clearly setting your goals and expectations for yourself, helping them be easier to track. The older you get, the more you realize how fast a year goes by, and how much time we waste by not have direction. You do not have to start an annual goal board in January each year, you could start it in any month you feel motivated!
